About Me

Austin is the Sole-Owner & Principal of RiverStone RECAP. He handles all the land acquisitions & sales for the RiverStone RECAP (RSR). Austin has been involved in a variety of roles within the commercial & residential real estate fields for the past 16 years.

In the past he managed the origination, underwriting, and placement of commercial real estate loans for RiverStone RECAP. Before starting RSR, Austin was an Assistant Vice President at Capital Advisors for two years where he was responsible for originating commercial real estate mortgages. Prior to Capital Advisors, he worked at Corinthian Real Estate, a Jacksonville-based mortgage brokerage firm. While there he assisted the managing partner with sourcing equity and debt for real estate investors.

Experience & Education

In 2012, Austin earned the CCIM Designation which is held by the Top 1% of Leaders in Commercial Real Estate. CCIM Designees are proven leaders in commercial real estate who care as much about the expertise, ethical responsibility, and quality of their service, as they do about the result. Individuals earn the CCIM Designation by: completing a rigorous program including an elite curriculum, demonstrating a depth of proven experience, & exemplifying a commitment to ethics and deal-making.

Austin holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida (2011) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Florida (2008).
